SS-DWLR-R is a radar-based water lever sensor used for continuous measurement of noncontact liquid level. The transmitter emits narrow microwave pulse with the speed of light on the surface of the medium to be measured and some of its energy is reflected back. The pulse interval from the surface of the measured medium to antenna is proportional to the distance.
