Radar Water Velocity Sensor
Radar Water Velocity Sensor
SS-DWRVS is a radar-based water velocity (flow) sensor used for continuous measurement of non-contact liquid flow. The transmitter emits narrow microwave pulse with the speed of light on the surface of the medium to be measured and some of its energy is reflected back. The pulse interval from the surface of the measured medium to antenna is proportional to the distance and thus speed is calculated. It is easy for using and can measure the water flow rate for the river open channel and Urban underground drainage pipe network so on.
Features
- Accurate measurements.
- High long-term stability.
- Analogue and Digital outputs available.
- Highly efficient.
- Small beam angle.
- False Echo Filtering.
- Design and performances addressed to meteorological / hydrological applications.
